Capital Training Group (CTG) offers a unique and successful model for the management and delivery of apprenticeships throughout the UK.

Our team has years of experience in the management and delivery of funded training programmes which provide a high quality service to employers. We operate on national government contracts, so we are able to source and fund provision for you.

Once provision is sourced, CTG will manage the entire training process for the client – from customisation and implementation of the framework, to recruitment of learners and management of funding to pay for apprenticeship training.

Our unique service also includes a managed employment service to the client for each apprentice. This means the client does not have to employ to apprentices directly CTG deals with all employment related issues.

In short, our aim is to source, fund and deliver high quality provision as part of a fully managed employment and training package for our clients.
