About Us

Capital Training Group is a privately owned Training Company offering professional solutions for training and recruiting staff. Funded commercially and by a number of Government Departments, we offer our clients training to support their business objectives, and our learners the opportunity to receive training that will improve their employ ability or provide them with a real opportunity for career progression.


Our role is to ensure that various funding streams are effectively distributed to our delivery divisions and partners, to ensure that their provision meets the needs of employers, learners and the communities in which we work. Capital Training Group currently holds direct contracts with the Skills Funding Agency for Apprenticeships and ESF provision. We are also a DWP Prime Contractor delivering Job centre Support in South Wales.
